Model CDP 06-S-110 Overload Relay Up to 500 Motor FLA

Product #:  CDP06-S-110
Brand:  MEC / Cerus
Description:
Factory Stock
Digital Motor Protection Relay (DMPR)
120 VAC Power Input is required
0.5 to 6 Amp range when used without Current Transformers.

For over 6 amps, use three current transformers with 5 amp secondaries, set the Current Dial for the display to read 5 Amps, select current transformers so that the motor rated FLA is close to mid-range of the primary amps, program Function 8 of the relay for the CT ratio, i.e., if the Current Transformer ratio is 150:5 then program the CT ratio for 30.

Motor Protection: Preventing the Burn-out

Models CDP and CRP are current sensing devices.
Loss of phase will give a positive trip with a complete loss
of phase current. Other voltage sensing devices will
always see a voltage on all three legs for the reason that
the unpowered motor leg will act as a transformer and
therefore give an output voltage to the sensor. The sensor
will then see three voltages on the motor and will need to
     be finely tuned.
3 Phase Digital Ammeter Function will read each of the
     three phases
Adjustable Trip Amps
Solid State
with Digital Display and Bar Graph Adjustable
Class 1 to 60
Bar Graph reads 60 to 110% of real load current
Seven Segment display gives cause of a fault and also
current on each of three phases

Delay in operating: 0 to 30 seconds
Control Power Required: 110 VAC nominal, 50/60 Hz, 1 PH
Operational Temperature: -25 to +70 degrees C
Auxiliary Contacts: 2 SPST (when power applied)
Output contacts: 3A, 250 VAC resistive load
Screw Terminals Mounting: 35mm DIN rail or panel
